Delete Your Account

MySports.Team

This page explains how to permanently delete your MySports.Team account and the data associated with it. Account deletion is available to every signed-in user, directly within the app.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the MySports.Team app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap My Profile.
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Tap Delete under "Delete Account".
  5. Confirm by selecting "Yes, Delete My Account" in the dialog.

Your account and all associated data are then permanently deleted from our servers, and you are signed out immediately. This is a full deletion, not a temporary deactivation.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your user profile and login credentials
  • Your personal messages and notification preferences
  • Your association with teams and organizations

What Data May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, including:

  • Transaction and payment records associated with completed real-world payments (membership fees, event fees, donations), retained as required by financial and tax regulations.

Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
